I. Of Membership and Participation in the 1610 Stompers

In the fellowship of the 1610 Stompers, all manner of men, be they of noble birth or common stock, are welcomed to partake in our jovial assembly, provided they carry a heart full of mirth and feet eager for dance. Those who wish to join our ranks must demonstrate not only a proficiency in the art of rhythmic movement but also a spirit of camaraderie and a disposition towards the merriment that our assembly so cherishes. It is understood that members of our troupe shall commit to the practice and performance of our dances, attending gatherings and rehearsals with the punctuality and dedication befitting a true Stomper.

II. Of Conduct and Decorum Amongst the Stompers

As Stompers, it is incumbent upon us to uphold the dignity and good repute of our assembly in all our public endeavors. We shall conduct ourselves with a jovial yet courteous demeanor, ever mindful of the impression we leave upon the townsfolk and nobility alike. In our attire, we shall favor garments that are both respectable and befitting of our activities, avoiding any garb that may lead to disrepute or scandal. The use of strong spirits is permitted in moderation, but any Stomper found to be in a state of unseemly inebriation or causing discord shall face admonishment or expulsion from our ranks, as decided by our council.

III. Of Performances and Duties of the Troupe

Our performances, whether they be in the squares of the city or upon the grand stages of festivals, shall be executed with the utmost vigor and skill, aiming always to bring delight and wonder to our audiences. Each Stomper is expected to contribute to the planning and execution of our shows, lending their talents and insights for the betterment of our collective performance. In addition to our revelries, we shall also engage in acts of charity and goodwill, aiding those less fortunate in our community, for it is through these deeds that we truly embody the spirit of the 1610 Stompers – a troupe not only of dance but of heart and humanity.
